Somerford Associates Confirms Continued ISO 9001 Certification

This month, Somerford Associates successfully underwent an ISO 9001 Surveillance Audit, confirming that our Quality Management System remains fit for purpose and has continued to improve during 2022.
Somerford takes Quality Management very seriously. We measure ourselves to this standard as it demonstrates our ability to provide services that consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements. An essential element is our continual improvement process which takes customer and other stakeholder feedback, together with internal suggestions, and drives improvement action throughout the business. Since its inception a few years ago, we have actively addressed over 1,000 improvement opportunities.
