Simulating Real-Time Water Treatment Monitoring with Confluent and Splunk

This demo showcases real-time data streaming from Confluent into Splunk, using simulated water treatment sensor data along the River X. The dashboards provide an overview of treatment plants, river flow, and capacity levels, helping predict and mitigate overflow risks. Key features include an Overview Dashboard, which display sensor locations, water flow and rainfall impact, and a Water Treatment Dashboard, which highlights plant conditions, spillage risks, and downstream effects. Additionally, the Trends & Predictions dashboard leverages historical data to forecast river levels and flow changes, while the Sensor Overview monitors individual sensors, showing real-time flow and capacity.

By integrating Confluent's real-time data streaming with Splunk's analytical capabilities, this system enhances predictive maintenance and decision-making.
